Kent J.E. Zhou
A graduate of East China University of Politics and Law, a former judge with the People's District Court in Shanghai, and with foreign study in Japan, he has been in practice with Wang and Wang's Shanghai Office since 1996, and specializes in litigation, arbitration, and commercial transactions.
Sophia Y. Lin
A graduate of Shanghai University Law School, she specializes in intellectual property, litigation, and corporate investment matters. She has been with Wang and Wang's Shanghai Office since 1998.
Gui Zhen Yan
Holding an LL.M. and LL. B. from Peking University Law School, she specializes in corporate investment matters, litigation, and intellectual property, and has been with Wang and Wang's Beijing Office since 2002.
Jason C.N. Chuang
Holding an LL. B. from Fujen Catholic University, he specializes in litigation, and intellectual property matters in Wang and Wang's Taipei Office.
Kathy S. Xie
Holding an LL.B. from China University of Politics and Law, and a former Public Defender, she has been with Wang and Wang's San Francisco and Beijing Offices since 1998.She holds an LL.M. from Golden Gate University Law School, 2002.
Lisa Wang
Lisa Wang's practice covers a broad range of intellectual property matters, including trademark and trade dress selection, clearance, and prosecution as well as pre-litigation trademark and copyright counseling and enforcement. She also has significant litigation experience from pre-suit investigation, through trial and appeals. Ms. Wang holds a JD from Yale Law School, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and a BA from UC Berkeley. She was previously an attorney at Covington & Burling and Howard, Rice, Nemerovski, Canady, Falk & Rabin.

Holding an LL.B. from Taiwan's Soochow University, she has specialized in intellectual property and investment matters with Wang and Wang's Taipei Office since 1987.
Cathy C. Zhou
A graduate of East China University of Science and Technology, she specializes in trademark and patent matters, and corporate investment matters, she has been with Wang and Wang's Shanghai Office since 2000.
Roger R. Yen
A graduate of Taiwan's Chinese Culture University, he specializes in intellectual property in Wang and Wang's Taipei Office.
James Zhao-jie Li
Holding a JS.D. from University of Toronto, an LL.M., and MLIS from UC Berkeley, LL.B. from Beijing University, Prof. Li is a Professor of Law at Tsinghua University Law School, and is Of Counsel to Wang and Wang's Beijing Office, following on his tenure at Wang and Wang's San Francisco Office starting in 1991.
Stephanie L. Yan
A graduate of Shanghai University, she specializes in trademark and patent matters and corporate investment matters.
